What is Analytir?
Analytir is revenue analytics for small business owners. It connects to the commerce and financial platforms you already run on, starting with Square, and turns that data into a written brief delivered on your schedule: what happened, what changed, and why. Every figure is reconciled before it reaches you. Gross sales, tips, tax, processing fees, refunds, and loan withholdings are separated, deposits are matched to the sales that produced them, and failed or canceled transactions are excluded so the numbers are not inflated. Alerts arrive when something moves more than it should, with the dollar impact attached. You can also ask a plain-language question and get an answer traced to a real figure. Analytir does not replace a bookkeeper or close your books. It is built for the owner who runs the register, does the payroll, and does not have time to learn another dashboard.
How is this different from the reports Square, Stripe, or QuickBooks already send me?
Those tools send you data. Analytir sends you an answer. Built-in reports show numbers and charts and assume you'll do the work to figure out what they mean. Analytir reads the data for you, flags what changed, and tells you what to watch, in plain English, in your inbox, on your schedule.
Do I need to be technical?
No. There's nothing to install, no SQL to write, no dashboard to configure. Sign in with your existing Square account using read-only OAuth. QuickBooks and Stripe coming soon. Pick how often you want reports, and they start arriving. If you can read an email, you can use Analytir.
Which providers do you support? When are more coming?
Square is live today. Analytir reads merchant profile, payments, orders, and payouts through read-only OAuth, and matches each deposit to the sales that produced it. Stripe and QuickBooks Online are next, both read-only. Shopify, PayPal, Toast, Clover, Xero, FreshBooks, and WooCommerce are on the roadmap. The Integrations page shows the current status of every platform.
Is my data safe?
Analytir cannot write to Square, Stripe, or QuickBooks. Transaction amounts, dates, payouts, and fees are stored so reports do not re-download every time. No card numbers, no personal customer information, no payment credentials. Those never leave the payment processor. You can revoke access from your provider's dashboard anytime. We don't sell data, don't share it with third parties, and don't build cross-merchant profiles.
Is there a free trial?
Growth includes a 14-day trial. You'll enter a card at signup and won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before then and you won't be billed.
